We bring forth an exclusive array of Alnico Magnets (developed in 1930s) that is formulated using high grade raw materials like aluminium, nickel, cobalt, copper, iron and sometimes titanium. Fabricated using metals in varied compositions, these magnets are first properly melted and then poured in a mould. Then the solidified material is rough grinded, heat treated and finally cooled (sometimes in a magnetic field). As per specific tolerances, the material is grinded and finally magnetized.

Magnetizing and Handling :
After the magnet has been magnetized, it is painted with red color commonly or half red-half blue colour. If dropped on hard surface, Alnico magnets can break as they are brittle. So, care should be taken while handling it. It is bound to loose power, if it is not stored properly i.e. pole repelling each other. Magnetized alnico magnets must be stored either pieces are attracting each other or with steel keeper.
